Check authorization of RFC user in the backend with Objects are S_ADMIN_FCD and S_TOOLS_EX.

Please find the attachment. One more info I need to provide is we don't have a STAD table in our sys. Can that be a  concern because it stores the log in OS file.

Ayushi,

I recommend to set Parameter 4018 to YES so that you have detailed Information in SLG1 application log. This helps to determine the cause of the disruption.

Please set to YES and then run the job again. After that post the SLG1 log here so that we can see what is missing.

Can you also verify any dumps in plug in system..

on top of it.

Please confirm what you are looking in consolidated log report.

try with All system logs in report type.

Could you check whether individual report, i.e Transaction Log, System Log, etc. is appearing, for FF_ID

Also, try executing with filed value FF_ID and System, only. Do, not specify any other value, in search criteria

No data is getting pulled in Consolidated log reports -tried with all the logs as well as " All System Log" also.

FF LOG summary report , Reason Code & Summary Report is reflecting the data.

Can't see any dumps as of now in the Plug In system.

As mentioned earlier, could you check whether individual report, i.e Transaction Log, System Log, is appearing. Do not put All system logs.

Could you also check GRACACTUSAGE for the FF id

Individual Reports for FF & Activity -Reason Code is working fine.GRACFFLOG contains the data whereas GRACTUSAGE has no current data.

as explained twice already, by individual reports, i mean Transaction log and System log, as examples, and not FF log summary or reason code

Transaction log will show the t-codes executed by FF id, and will be stored in GRACACTUSAGE, through FF log sync job. Could you check in FF log summary report, what are the t-codes executed by the FF id. if no t-codes have been executed, then Transaction log will be empty.

System log might be empty for a FF session, as observed, from my own System log report(only failed RFC calls were logged).

All System logs constitute all these logs(Transaction and System logs, etc), and give you the report. So, if there are no individual reports, then All System logs will also be empty.

Thanks for the revert as communicated in the previous thread no data is being fetched in Consolidated log Report which means all the Log details are empty(System, Transaction,Change, Audit & OS)
T-Codes have been executed & can bee seen in FF LOG Report.

That is required on target system, apart from  other necessary RFC access,

on GRC system,

look for table GRACFFLOG if it has records.

if yes then it should show based on auth object of user in GRC system.

like if you are trying to access report you should have access.

We are using GRC 10.1 SP8, I am facing the same issue with Consolidated log report "No Record Found" and even i am not able to see GRACFFLOG table data but in Dev its working fine bt issue with Quality system, Please help me with this issue.
