Due Date in MSMP instances

Hi Experts,

may you can give me a hint. I have the SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT ProcessID configured in 2 GRC10 systems. It runs without issues on both systems and on the "Serach Requests" page I find the the status for all the MSMP instances.

So far so good. The only difference is that on one system the "Due Date" Field is populated and in the other not.

I ran out of ideas where the the configuration difference is. Do you know which parameter or flag needs to be set to get due dates populated?

Thanks in advance!

Andreas

Hi Andreas

Are these two difference environments in same landscape (i.e. DEV and PRD) or two different systems unrelated (i.e. different customers)? Which one is showing the due date?

Are these systems both on same release and SP level? What configuration did you do in IMG for due date for the MSMP Process Id?

Hi Coleen,

both systems are unrelated to each other and my problem is, that the system that shows the due dates was not configured by me.

The systems have the the same Level:

System1 - GRCFND_A V1000 SP13 / SAP_BASIS 731 SP08  (showing the due dates)

System2 - GRCFND_A V1000 SP13 / SAP_BASIS 731 SP08

thanks and regards,

Andreas

what img configuration do you have in your system? I think there is something where you can set due date for the MSMP process id

if you have compared config in both systems the other thing to consider if they might have applied an OSS note due to bug. It might be worth checking marketplace to see if there are any

After a additional day comparing I finally found the difference.

SPRO --> Access Control --> User Provisioing --> Maintain Service Level Agreements

Here I don't set the FF Log review entry. After dong that, the "due to" fields are now populated.

Thanks for your time and guidance, Coleen.
