Our client is asking for having cFolder avaliable for normal single envelope bidding.

As per business requirement after technical edit button should not be available for purchaser and bidder when we are going to open price bid there should not be edit button available there .
After Registration of new vendor it is transfered in to supplier preselection there when we try to open transfered vendor we will get error business partner has already been deleted.
