After Registration of new vendor it is transfered in to supplier preselection there when we try to open transfered vendor we will get error business partner has already been deleted.
I believe this error is occurring due to the vendor existing as a business partner in an integrated system. I located steps to correct the conflict through the ERP https://me.sap.com/notes/0002449426
