The problem was the length of the password.When you specify a password > 14 characters it works for the instance but it is setup incorrectly in the SAP Java System and you're not able to connect with it...

Struggle with the User authentication.
Get "User authentication failed" for all users, also for the well defined ones, e.g. TRIALoperator or TRIALreadonly.
