Whats the diference between Work Manager 5.3 & Work Manager by Syclo.

Hi mentors,

im trying to install Work Manager 5.3, but i just realized that there is
a another work manager "by syclo".

Anyone know the difference between them ?

Is it possible to install <SMP 2.3 / Agentry 6.1.X> and <Work Manager 5.3 / Agentry 6.0.22 (updated to 6.1.X> together?

I need them both working on the same server, SMP 2.3 and Work Manager 5.3? what steps should i follow ?

Gian,

As answered in your other message. Work Manager by Syclo is Work Manager 5.2. It is the version prior to the SAP aquisition of Syclo. Most of the naming convention including manual still states Syclo in it.

The newer version with bug fixes or enhancement is SAP Work Manager 5.3 that met SAP ATS (Acquire To Ship) process.
