Using target groups to create Transport of Copies in Charm

Dear Solman Gurus

We have the following landscape in our environment

DSD

QSD 070, 090 (Target group /QSD/

Pre Prod

PSD

We setup a target group /QSD/ to allow transport going from DSD to clients 070 and 090 on QSD.

When we use a Normal change in Charm and set the status to Successfully Tested it will import the TR into QSD 070 and QSD 090.

The problem we have is when we create a Transport of Copies it only creates one test transport to client 090 and not 070. Is it possible to create ToC to target groups?

Any ideas please.
