User unable to display data

Dear Community

Customer is having MDG-BP. When a BP is searched and tried to displayed, User A is able to see the data like description, name , role etc. However, same record if user B is trying to display the screen values are blank.

Same scenario, if both the user's tries to display Supplier or customer or materials, all values are being displayed. Only for BP, user B is affected.

Customer is using Z role / Authorisation. Is there a way I can compare and check what's missing in user B compared to user A?

I assume the Users are using BP transaction code? First start with transaction SU01D for each User. Within the User profile----> Roles, check for this value: SAP_BR_BUPA_MASTER_SPECIALIST, Confirm that each user has this Role assigned, if so - there should be no difference between fields displayed.

If the Users are using FIORI, come back and let me know. Hope this helps.

SAP_ALL superuser is assigned, still the issue persists.

A través de autorizaciones generales podrás ver las autorizaciones que tiene cada usuario. Puedo copiar los que tiene un usuario con los de otro.

We tried copying User A to User C with all roles / authorization but when even user C tries to display the data, its not visible. the fields are blank.
