SSO/AD authentication not working on SAP BO on AWS

We have SAP BO 4.2 SP9 on premise and the same has been implemented on AWS Cloud. We can login using SSO/AD on the on premise BO but it is not authentication in the cloud installation. All configurations are exactly the same. Can anyone point out what could be missing or should be checked to get this working.

No manual AD is also not working. The AWS domain is same as that of AD. This is what we have

we have done same configurations on both BO servers. Is there anything that needs to be different ?

Is the manual AD login working on BOBJ(AWS) ? Is AWS domain same as that of AD ?
