I am running PI 7.0 stack 13 and ECC 6.0 stack 10.
When I run SPROXY on ECC I get the typical message:
No connection to Integration Builder (only generic data visible)
I have read through the forum and found close but no cigar solution.
On ECC:
I run through the checklist and I get mixed results:
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_ADDRESS works
SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION works
SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION doesn't work
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE doesn't work
SLDCHECK is green and good
The one tidbit is the PIAPPLUSER keeps getting locked.
Anyone have this issue and how did you resolve it....
I have run through the trobleshooting guide and all of the referenced notes but still no success
Thanks for helping,
Mikie
Hi,
Please make sure you have given the correct password for PIAPPLUSER in the exchange profile, SLDAPICUST and other destinations whereever you have specified PIAPPLUSER.

Hi,
Make sure your business system is set up as follows:
1. Transaction SXMB_ADM
- Role of System: Application System
- Corresponding Integration Server:
dest://<your_sm59_http_destination>
2. Ensure that the RFC destinations LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI are
maintained and working
3. Run SLDCHECK to verify that the connection to the System Landscape
Directory works.
4. Check that the Integration Repository is running and data is maintained there.
And goto the Transaction SLDAPICUST and set ur XI server details.
Now ur SPROXY surely work

Hi Mikie,
Most probably T-Code SLDAPICUST will solve your problem. Login to ur ECC system .
Run tcode sldapicust. Go to change mode. Click on the password button.
Next Click on the Delete Password button. Now you should enter the password of piaapluser.
The best way is to ask your basis team to create a copy of piappluser in PI 7.0. And use the newly created user in ur ECC stack in transaction SLDAPICUST.

Sumit
