Former Member

Hi,

I am configured Change Request Management,  I configured Support Team Determination with success and now I am trying to set up a notification e-mail with a status change.

In SPPFCADM transaction, in my action,  the case Partner-Dependent is checked.

In Processing Type, Method and SmartForm are assigned. Condition is good.

My problem is that action in CRM UI is not displayd. When I unchek case Partner-Dependant, my action is displayed.

Can you please, tel me how can I resolve that ?

Thanks a lot,

Hi,

Please check if partner-dependet in action definition is maintained in partner determination procedure assigned to your transaction type. You will find it in SPRO look for 'Define Partner Determination Procedure'.

I work on Solution Manager 7.1 SP3.

What are the difference with SM 7.0 for mail configuration?

IMO there is no difference.

In SOST transaction, no email is sent. And in log action, smartform method doesn't work, only HF_SET_STATUS work.

What smartform use?

Hello,

Could you paste the print screen from crmd_order as shown below. I need to see the logs to investigate the problem.

I don't use crmd_order. I use solman_workcenter to create ticket ZMCR

OK, use the solman_workcenter tcode, click on the proper Rfc ID.

New window should open in web browser go to Scheduled Actions assignment block find correct action and click on the link i status column. New window should contain the log for the action. Please add the screenshot of the log.

Hello,

Go to conditions and check the tab 'Processing details'  clear checkobx 'Default Settings for Action definition' than you can change method than you set smartform to be processed.

Hello Melanie,

Lets leave this action. Create a new one based on SMIN_STD action profile and SMIN_STD_MAIL_PROCESSOR as action definition. Set proper partner func. and customize conditions for this action.

Previous action IMO set the status of the ZMCR on save, check "Default Settings for Action" again. The new action will be responsible for sending e-mail to Rrquester.
