Hello
I am new to web dynpro development and currently trying to create JCO connections from WebDynpro content administrator. But currently its giving connection to SLD could not be opened.
I checked opening SLD which is getting opened. What additional configuration is req for Content Admin to get connected to SLD? I am logging with user j2ee_admin (which role SAP_J2EE_ADMIN).
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Rajeev
Hi,
If all you need is to connect the SLD to the J2EE then follow the next steps:
1) Open Visual Administrator
2) Go to Server XXX -> Services --> SLD data supplier
3) Apply server's settings in 'HTTP Settings' tab and 'CIM Client Generation Settings' tab.
The settings are: server's name, server's port and administrator's user name and password.
After doing those steps you will be able to connect through Web Dynpro's content admin.
