For my remote access password got misused by some one. Now i need to reteive new password, can any one pls help with the process

That is the work of the BASIS team, send a request to your BASIS team by explaining your password problem very clearly, what you have mentioned now is insufficient.
They will change the password of what client you are accesing.
They only can do this because, they have different username and password access to solve such problems.

I got remote access from SDN, its mainly for my back work in home. Some one has changed password for thi even by entering password and client correctly, the password is not matching. So it is still in login screen , now I want to know if that is possible to retrive the password from login screen itself
