I have a user who gets this error every time they restart or shut down their laptop:
SAP Logon cannot be started correctly.
Error while loading configuration file:
*redacted*\SAPUILandscape.xml
defined by environment variable SAPLOGON_LSXML_FILE
Adjust the input file name and ensure that the file is available and has the correct format
Just trying to figure out how to resolve this error every time they restart their laptop. Admittedly, I'm new to supporting SAP, so any help would be appreciated.
