SAP Fiori issue

Hi All,

I am trying to learn SAP FIORI.I have a configured system and trying to access launch pad from it.I am getting the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error.When i checked the details of the error it is mentioned that Google chromes connection attempt to eccehp7.4vm.com was rejected.The website may be down or your network maynot be properly configured.Can you please help me to fix this issue

I believe you are trying to access Fiori launch pad on web,

Please check following document to address webgui first...
