SAP CRM Sales 2.0 App - Survey not getting replaced

Hello,

In Business activity, I want to replace one survey with other one in SAP CRM and SAP CRM Sales 2.0 App.

I have done following changes in SAP CRM for the same:

1. Survey Determination rules

2. CRM Sales Mobile and

3. Triggered 'Perform Download' of the Surveys

In SAP CRM Web UI and GUI the survey is properly updated to the new one.

But in SAP CRM Sales 2.0 App, it still showing the old Survey.

Is there is buffer that I need to refresh or need to run SDOE_CLEANUP - Cleanup of Runtime Data in DOE?

Please help.

Have you schedule delta load for survey and customizing? It is mentioned in the section 9.5.1 Delta Changes of Configuration Guide.
