SAP Conversational AI - Connector with Workplace by Facebook

Hello,

I would like to add a chatbot made with SAP Conversational AI on Workplace (by Facebook) but I cannot find any information on documentation and on the feasibility.
I would like to know if other people are in the same situation or have been able to implement the solution on Workplace because my research doesn't even get anywhere.

Hello ,

You can try to connect SAP CAI to messenger and then adapt this bot to Facebook workspace.

Hi cyril_bellotti57,

The direct integration to Facebook Workplace is not yet offered by SAP Conversational AI (we only support Facebook Messenger as of now). But this is something that we have on our backlog for later this year or Q1 next year.

Was the Facebook Workplace integration ever delivered in the standard scope of SAP CAI as referred in your reply?

Is it still on the roadmap?
