It was known issue until morning, we cross checked this issue see that the cause of this issue was the visibility was not maintained properly in our backend system.
We have corrected the settings and now issue is resolved.
@SriniK the installer was not visible (that was only issue with visibility settings from our side) that we fixed and now all the customers are able to download the installer. If you still cannot see the installer, you issue could be with S user, Kindly cross check your S user or use different S user to cross check.
