SAP Analytics cloud - Account Dimension not showing in Security/Data Changes

We have a planning model with Data Audit enabled. The account dimension of this model does not show up in the Data Changes layout and is not listed in the Select Columns area. This is a public dimension with no data access control on the dimension. This same Account dim is used in other models with Audit enabled and the account dimension shows in the Data Changes.

Anyone else have this issue? resolution?

Hi William,

Yes, have confirmed that all columns are selected, Account does not show up in the available columns. We had a similar issue (237320 / 2021 Data Changes audit log) , but in this case there is no data access security on this dimension and all teams are assigned correctly.

For the last ticket this was my findings - I believe was the cause, which is very interesting is that this dimensions – Segment is public and used in multiple models. BUT one of the models did not have the teams assigned with Read/Maintain at the folder level.

Even thought the teams had Read/Maintain for the model they were trying to view Data Changes, not having that access to all the models that use the same shared dimensions was preventing them from seeing the Segment dimension in the Data Changes screen.

Will open another ticket for this.

It should not be happening, you can confirm you have selected all columns to display and account is not there, please report a ticket on this.
