SAC Excel Add-in Designer Filter to view & select available member Not working.

This is a recent issue that came up 18th October 2023.

The SAC of Office Excel Add-in Designer pane is not working properly when more members in a dimension filter is being drilled down to.

It completely removes all available member in view.

When the next step is drilled into. Every member disappears

Dear Customer,

We have identified the root cause of this issue and are currently working on a fix.
We will plan a hotfix delivery after this fix will be validated.
Waiting for the fix you can use the search feature as a workaround to select members deeper than level 2 in the hierarchy.
We apologize for this regression and its impacts.

Can you mention SAC Add-in version & are you using SAC model or Datasphere model ?
In general some new UI changes done in filter window with latest version.
