Hello,
We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP14. I have customized the support team determination as mentioned in the blog https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPITSM/Support+Team+Determination+via+Business+Rule+Framework...
This works fine. We fill in a value for the categorization and the support team partner is determined. But when we change the categorization the support team partner must be redetermined. This works not. The existing entry is not removed.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?
