Redefining CL_HRESS_PER_DETAIL ==> Get Data Method.

SAP HR ESS ==> NEW HIRE ==> PERSONAL INFO ==>ADDRESS.

Need to make a field mandatory.

I want to redefine getdata method in CL_HRESS_PER_DETAIL there it has a parameter cs_data type data. it is refering to data. can any body tell me which type is it is referring.

CS_DATA is a generic type it will accept any kind.

Why do you want to redefine the Method I am not getting it.

Mainn use of get data methos is that if there is any change the pass the data to CS_DATA and ev_data_changes  flag should be ABAP_TRUE to work in FPM.

Please come up with some clear explanation.
