Workflow workitem in Complete status how to back to ready status?

Hi All,

In SRM SC workflow on header level I found its still in "In Process" Status but  all workitems display in "Complete" status.

But for last dialoug workitem its completed automatically, but if it is complete automatically, after that workitem, some more steps have to complete and workflow should goes to "complete" status in header level.

So my question is that is it possible to chage status of that last workitem "Complete" to "Ready"?
