Use more spool workprocesses in one instance

Hello,

I'd like to know whether it is possible to use more than two one spool work process in a certain time. I increased the number of processes by setting a parameter 'rdisp/wp_no_spo' in RZ10 but our system still use only one work process and others are in a waiting state. So in our case one user with a lot of printing can stop the others. Is there any setting in SAP to use more spool processes?

in RZ04, there is the save value like in RZ11.

According to note 108799 I will try to create a parameter 'rdisp/wp_no_spo_Fro_max' with value 2.

I will see whether it will help or not.

Hello,

'rdisp/wp_no_spo_Fro_max' defines the number of  spool work process used for frontend printing. If frontend printing is used, this parameter also needs to be changed and the instance needs to be restarted.
