Url mashup not working

Need your inputs here.

I have created a url mashup . It has four parameter. out of 4 , one of them is dynamic.

I m not able to Pass the dynamic parameter.

Although I have created a Port Binding and Prottype Pckg.

In screenshot 4 , Circled Parameter will be dynamic.

I have follow the same blog but it does not work for me.
