System monitoring no display customer name

Hello,

Perform the "system monitoring" configuration, but when I see the System Monitoring app in the workcenter, the systems are displayed with the Extended SID and the client's name is not displayed, making it difficult to know which system is being referred to.

You can help me with this.

Hi Edward,

As far as I know this is not possible at the moment. This would be a new feature which can be requested if you review SAP

Note 11 - Required function is not part of the standard system.
