Dear SCN Friends
I am trying to send file to Bank using File to SFTP scenarion. I have used bank's public key and private key as well in the localEJBEncryption module. I am able to send a file but bank failed to understand the file and send me this remarks.
******.APAR.TRADE.FILE20201020-160800-451.txt.7998188.20201020150818169 This message is encrypted for the following key(s): ****_pgp_****_qas <****_pgp_***_qas@****-ga.com> [33m*** Secret key not found
Bank told me to do following:
Encrypt with the Bank Public key.
Sign with Client's Private key.
and this is what I am doing as well.
I have attached the screen shot of my receiver communication channel for your reference. please reply me with your inputs to tell me where I am making mistake and what can be done to fix the issue.
Best Regards
Naim
Hi Naim,
Never exchange private keys.
I have used bank's public key and private key as well in the localEJBEncryption module.
You must use your own system's private key for signing. You also need to share your own system's public key with bank so that they can verify the file signed by your private key.
