Hello,
We are now facing a problem with sending notifications in IDM.
We have included business roles (BR) in our IDM environment. The B Problem:
When an BR is assigned, approvers receive an email for each privilege contained in the BR and another email for the BR.
We would like to know if it is possible to configure the mail to be sent only for the BR and not for each of the privileges contained in the BR.

So, just to clarify - the issue is with workflow approvals, and not notifications specifically?
For notifications, could you put a condition in to exclude individual privileges if BR is being assigned?
It would require a fair bit of analysis to go through and understand your flows, which is a bit tricky doing on a forum 🙂
