SAP Business Application Studio: Subscription Failed

Hello,

I created a new trial account (region US EAST (VA)) and tried to have a SAP Business Application Studio subscription. This fails regularly (tried to reset and add the service again for several times). How to fix this? Is there no SAP support for the trial in case this is just broken?
