PO Workflow 2nd approver not got mail not in his sbwp too

I was set the User id in Workflow and we have set the release status also, if both approvers approve the PO then only it feels that complete release of PO,

But when created PO, The 1st apporver got an mail to release a PO, through WORKFLOW mail, After that second approver did not got any message to release the PO, It's taking like as below.

It's should Yellow triangle mark that approver should release the PO. But here 1st approve the PO, 2nd aprover did not got mail even in SWBP also.
