Import S/4HANA CDS Views in SAC

Hello Experts,

How can one Import S/4HANA CDS view (Consumption /Query) with parameters and variables in SAP Analytics cloud to create Model

The following error message comes from the external data service: status:400 body: "error":"code":"BW_BICS_EQ/123","message":"lang":"en","value":"Mandatory filter CompanyCode is missing","innererror":"application":"component_id":"BW-BEX-OT-BICS-

Is there is a way to fix this? I was reading some SAP Notes, and other posts suggesting adding value manually in the filter section of Query Builder but they were from older version of SAC.

Hi Sunny,

I was having the same struggle with CDS-Views and Import-Connection to SAC via S/4Hana. I found a solution for this - By Adding a default value in CDS this problem should be solved. For every parameter mentioned I defined the two annoations below.

For parameter currency I defined default value 'USD'.

After this, you should be able to consume the Query in SAC.
