I have a unique situation where client has requested a Task/Incident to be automatically created in the Service Now (SNOW) tool every time an issue is encountered in SAP PI !
I understand that SNOW allows creation of tasks or incidents by invoking its API. How do I, as a SAP PI consultant convert errors in SAP PI into SOAP/REST Requests? If I can generate these requests, I can in turn invoke the SNOW API & get the tasks & Incidents created.
Any thoughts on this subject is highly appreciated.
System used - SAP PO 7.5
