If you're talking about the ABAP based launchpad it should not be different from the logon via SAP GUI. Have you checked the options described in How to check user history of logon?
Yes, technically we are using the ABAP based Launchpad, but just thinking like we have some reports for Gateway Metering for getting information on which OData calls are executed from that I can get user details. However in some system this report is not giving output.
