Error on system copy using latest swpm

Using rstlib method from a tape because the savf is over 2tb. At the Install Central Instance step where  CRTR3INST SID(ZEX) INST(18) ROLE(*CENTRAL) INSTHOST('PREPROD') CODEPAGE(*UNICODE)  is being executed.

Ends in an error:

	Ownership of object GETOBJINF in QTEMP type *USRSPC changed.
	CreateInstObjects: Could not create sapservices entry
	CrtR3Inst: Error creating instance objects for instance 18 of system ZEX.
	CRTR3INST: Failed to create instance 18 for system ZEX.
	Errors occurred in command.

/usr/sap/sapservices has rwx for public so it's not a permission issue on this file. At a loss, because I think I have found another bug in swpm or crtr3inst.

i have the same issue. Profile QSECOFR have expired password.

Change QSECOFR password or expiration interval to *NOMAX. Also check the owner and adopted authority of programs in sap_tools library.
