Error in Identity Provisioning

Hello Experts,

Currently We are trying to onboard SAP BTP WorkZone services of BTP cockpit. We have configured IAS/Trust Config etc. by following below SAP blog.

But, still we are facing below 2 issues.

1) While adding Target System in Identity Provisioning I am not getting "SAP JAM Collaboration" option for Type.

So, I have selected "SAP BTP XS Advanced UAA (Cloud Foundry)" instead of it.

2) Then while running the "Read Job" from source system in Identity Provisioning", I am getting below error.

Please provide your inputs/expertise to resolve these issues.

Please let me know if you need any more information from our end.

Hello Bhavinkumar,

Let me take a stab on Question 1, and perhaps that would address Question 2 as well. The IPS tenant that you are using is probably provisioned as part of the SuccessFactors installation / licensing with SAP. It will not have the full enterprise suite of System Types; just the ones you are licensed for. However, if you provisioned an IPS tenant as part of your SAP BTP CPEA or Subscription License, you will get the full suite of system types like the ones for SuccessFactors (e.g. SAP Work Zone and SAP Jam Collaboration) and others (e.g. Ariba, Concur etc.) (34 at last count). Thanks for your valuable inputs.

Can we select any other "Type" of system to onboard WorkZone from existing list (as per above screenshot).

OR

Do we have any other alternatives to onboard BTP WorkZone other than subscription.

Also, Will it be possible to onboard WorkZone using Free Tier Model.
