Edit ship to party

Hello Experts,

I have following problem:

If I open a Delivery in VL03N and open the Adress of the Ship-To Party I see that I have the House number in the field for Street and in the field for House number. (Please take a look at the screenshot)

How can I fix this? If I take a look in VD02 the two fields are correct.

Also the Name doesn't match.

(sorry the screenshot is in german)

Where do I have to change the Ship-To Party?

If it's a one-time address you can change it on the sales order (and possibly delivery - don't know), and if it's the actual master data you should be able to change it using XD02 (for ECC) or BP (for S4).

It is not a one time address its the master data but in XD02 it looks like it should with the adress and home adress seperated. Sadly I can't access BP. Is there another solution? Thank you.
