Edit Mode for different User SAP C4C PDI

Hi Experts,

ISSUE :

We have ec with Standard individual customer TI.

whenever a common bo is open by two different user , its in edit mode for second user.

For the first user screen is opening in display mode but for Second user it is edit mode.

I went through several blogs but dint find any helpful blog for this scenario.

May i know how to resolve it.?

Example : lets A, B are two different User. BP = 12123123.

User "A"will login to the SAP C4C tenant and he/she will open the individual customer 12123123.Here screen is in display mode.

At the same time User "B" will login to the SAP C4C tenant and he/she will open the same Individual customer (12123123).

here screen is in Edit Mode.

May i know how to resolve this issue? and what is the root cause for this ?
