Hi,
Is it technically feasible to internally configure a workflow or a trigger that would send an E-mail to the user who is asking questions to the bot?
Do we have a functionality of configuring E-mail channel in CAI?

Currently there no features internally available to Configure CAI to send Email. But it is possible to Send Email from SAP CAI through the Integration of some API services for Sending mail that are available. Please refer this Blog to have more ideas
