Currency conversion for income statement report in BEx

Dear Members,

I have following requirement where we need to perform currency conversion in income statement report.

Let us consider following example:

The data and conversion rates are as following:

Amount conversion rate

2020.001 100 0.1

2020.002 200 0.2

2020.003 300 0.3

Query selection is on 2020.003

Query is displayed on displayed on different dimension level (not on 0fiscper)

So the result of the query is cumulative of 3 periods = 100 + 200 + 300 = 600

After conversion, required result = (100 * 0.1 ) + (200 * 0.2) + (300 * 0.3) = 140

Kindly provide your suggestions on how can we achieve this in BEx query.

Hi Anil,

The way the currency conversion is executed is defined in the currency translation types. Here you can define what is the basis for the calculation, month's beginning, month's end, etc.
