CAI - Fallback Channels Communication IP/Ports

Dear SAP Support,

Is there any description about the IP range and ports from which CAI is communicating with the fallback channels? By sniffing network I can tell there are addresses 34.241.7.19 and 34.253.159.14 But is there any more?

Also is there a chance it will change? We need this kind of information to set Firewall correctly. Could you provide or help me out to find this information?

Hi Waldemar,

the addresses you found are the only ones currently used. There will be some internal changes in the coming months that will likely impact the IP addresses these calls are made with. I will raise this internally to see whether this can be documented somehow.

Has this IPs range already been documented? Can you specify on which IPs SAP CAI can using for communicating with the fallback channels?
