Adding principal propagation to existing app

Hi,

Got our operation team to set up principal propagation in SCC and S/4HANA. Is there something need to change in the app config? The onboarding now complains that oath token got rejected. The only change I did was changing the authentication on the destination and ticked “Propagate user name”

Hi Per,

Can you try to switch the SSO Mechanism for the destination in your mobile app config to Cloud Connector SSO? The option Propagate user name only propagates the user name using a header field.

Thanks for helping out. Where do I find that setting? There's nothing on my destination regarding SSO?

perge.themte you are using a destination from your BTP subaccount as mobile destination. For this destination you can not switch the SSO mechanism because it is configured in the destination config on subaccount level. Have you configured Principal Propagation for your destination on subaccount level?
