Dear Experts, Are there a report available to list all the PSAs?. I need find all PSA's older than 2 weeks and drop them all...I want do a mass cleanup
I have NW BI EHP1 ( 701 )
Thanks,

Try DB02 if you are using oracle DB.
In DB02, Go to Space --> Additional Functions --> BW Analysis.
This will give the table usage across BW. If you click on the BW area column, it takes u further and gives the PSA table name

Hi,
best way would be in process-chain using '*' to select all PSAs.
If you don't prefer prcoess-chains you will find your needed infos in tables
RSTSODS
RSTSODSREQUEST
RSREQDONE
but a you will need a view coding....
Cheers

Hi,
You can do that using a process chain......and when you are assigning variant in pc you can get all the PSA's available in mass and give the time variant so that last 2 weeks PSA is cleaned.....check it once in process chain.

Vishnu
