Portal Theme inconsistency in load balancing portal (2 nodes)

Hello,

Ours production Portal server is having 2 nodes for load balancing. Now we have imported the new portal theme to this server.

But strangely sometimes its shows the new theme and sometimes it shows the old theme for all the users. We have restarted the production server but the issue is still NOT resolved. It seems the theme has not taken effect in both the server nodes even after restarting the server.

Any suggestion why its behaving like this and possible rectification steps.

We have a webdispatcher in place before the portal server.

I am facing the same issue. My Server node 0 working fine. Server node 1 not taking the custom theme.

By using direct access to Server node, I came to know.

How you solve the issue? or How to solve the issue ?

Please also try to clean up the personalization objects of all portal user.

Hi,

you might get more sure about this if you test each server separately. Check out which theme is uses if you login directly to server0 and the same for server1 afterwards. So you can find out which server won't use the theme you like to see. Check out this thread:
