PI 7.3 CPA Cache Objects not correctly refreshed(?)

Hi,

Following issue:

PI 7.3 SPS 7

Oubound Interface with 1 ASYNC operation.

Sender SOAP communication channel created with QoS: BE

Calling this SOAP adapter with ASYNC message causes XIServer:NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE, clear case. So changed QoS to EO and CC activated. Still the same response XIServer:NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE.

1. Full CPA Cache Refresh -> nothing happens, still same error.

2. CC deleted and created another one, this time with QoS: EO at the very beginning -> nothing happens, still the same error.

3. in CC RWB monitoring stopped/started multiple times -> nothing happens.

4. In despair created new Outbound Interface with one ASYNC operation and the same MT. Created new Sender Agreement, Communication Channel -> finally this worked! BUT, out of curiosity changed QoS to BE to cause the error -> NOTHING, still working OK

CPA is green in SXI_CACHE in RWB cache monitoring in directory cache overview.

is this a known bug?

any hints?
