OData Service Binding: Deleted but still shown

I deleted a service binding but when I search for it is still shown:

When I select it it says that it doesn't exist:

When I try to implement a service with this name there is an error message that a service with this name already exists.
There are no entries in TADIR or SICF for it.
I am on premise 7.5.

Might be useful for those who'll find this thread by searching for the same issue.

I've made the following way to delete a binding that doesn't exist:

1. Create a service definition with anything inside
2. Create a service binding with the same name as the binding we are trying to delete and the created service definition. It will be published after activation
3. Unpublish the created service binding
4. Goto tcode /IWBEP/REG_SERVICE
5. Find the binding you've just created and push the button "Delete service"
6. After this delete the binding from the package 
7. Delete the service definition
