no create button in webui for keyuser

hi experts,

our keyusers webui has no create button(sm_crm)

i have assigned the following roles

Z_SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

Z_SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT

Z_SAP_SUPPDESK_SP_CREATE

Z_SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANREQU

which authorization or role am i missing ?

Hello Elizabeth,

have you checked the business role is it visible in the business role ....you can check below in SPRO

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide>Customer Relationship Management>UI Framework>Business Roles>Define Business Role----choose urs business role

whether visible is ticked for Group ID SM-CREATE and further its below sub links.

If you can see the same with full access in business role then it should work...

also below the set of roles required for creator person.
