In my inbox app, at My substitution, when I adopt the substitution and come back to the my inbox app it is showing 5 work items but when I end the substitution and come back to the my inbox app, the count is not reflecting as 5 work items sometimes and previous work items sometimes. what will be the reason for this fluctuation.
