You have several options for Data integration. Probably the most straight forward way is using MDM syndicator module. The Syndicator enables syndicating data based on a flexible mapping tool generating xml files. I would also consider using XI for the message transport part to the target system. (other options would be using MDM API enabling extracting data from MDM repository)
