Hi,
I would like to know if we can manually upload a web dynpro Java application( *.ear) file to the SAP Java application server(CE71).
I do not want to deploy the web dynpro application from NWDS.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks John for your help.
This is the command to upload a webdynpro application from command prompt.
\usr\sap\CE1\J00\j2ee\deployment\scripts>deploy userid:password@serverhost:P4-port \Path\to\application\application.ear

You can give the ear file to basis team and they can deploy it through SDM.
