HELP Please, How can I get rid of the Highlighted Categories ? I deleted them but they still showing !

Thank you for your answer Tammy. It's a very helpful wiki. In fact, I'm now working on Solution Manager 7.2 and I had this problem with Service Request Categories. I'll continue looking at this issue. Please share with me any thing that you may find regarding this topic. BIG Thank you.
